DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS LOCATION!!
Had seen bedbugs from day one. Owners did not care about reports made, and finally after two years of living there, they sprayed it once.
The spray had no effect, and I still had bugs everywhere.
I moved, and had to throw away all of my furniture, and had to sort all my clothes at my new house on the lawn (so embarrassing) and launder everything that went into the house, as well as inspect everything.
Replacement of clothes and furniture cost me thousands,

This building is a three-story, 31 unit brick apartment.

In the middle of July, 2011, I was informed by a letter under my door that my suite would have to be treated for bed bugs. Although I had not seen any bugs, I went through the hooplah of washing and bagging all clothes and linens, leaving them in the bathtub, and moving all furniture 12" from the walls.
