Disappoinyed on 02/09/2012

Found 2 bedbugs on each bed --- November 2011 --- told we would hear from management --- never did --- had to leave the hotel at 9 pm for our drive home --- couldn't even think of staying after finding bugs in the bed!!! Spent $$ to get to hotel, spent $$ eating there, was disappointed that we couldn't stay --- and no recompense for it!!

Will not stay here again --- or go to casino because of how we were handled!

Found 2 live bedbugs on the sheets on the bed called the manager he said "we do not have bedbugs" never going to stay here again....
