The report of bed bugs at this location on February 6, 2010 is false. We do not have a room 136 at the hotel. There is no record of a complaint by any guest on this date or the day before or after. We have an outside company that inspects and treats our facility monthly. We have just completed a complete renovation in 2009 which included all new bedding. Our property consistently receives outstanding scores regarding cleanliness. We would like to send documentation to substantiate this. Ple

Room 136, Feb. 6, woke up with bed bug bites. Not my first time, so i knew what it was immediately.
