I stayed at the Mt. Olympus, Wisc Dells the end of July 2014. Did not know they had "off-site" properties and the buildings look prison(ish). None the less we stayed our few days and now months later are dealing with a bed bug issue in our home. We believe my son bringing his own pillow / blanket on the trip brought them back to our home. NEVER AGAIN would I ever stay there in ANY of their properties. Not worth the money when you have to tear out carpet and mattresses in your home. Horrible they
would continue to book people in rooms when they are well aware of the infestation!

stayed at Mt Olympus for a last minute spring break get away.
Well get away it definatley was. Suppose you get what you pay for is more like it.
booked a room at the Mt Olympus village building 10 to be exact.
arrived late Saturday night 4-5-14 and just went to bed. woke up the next morning scratching our legs and feet. not thinking too much about it until i saw my 3 daughter getting ready for the water park. red spots all over their legs and ankles. they couldn't stop scratching.
it was so bad that they didn't even want to go to the water park.
should have checked the yelp reviews and BBR before i booked at a place like this.

Bedbugs found first night we were there. Building 10. They moved us to hotel Rome and refunded us our entire stay. March 12,2014

My husband and I, along with 5 children, stayed in building 10 from Dec 27th-30th. On our first night there I noticed a small bug at the head of the bed. Upon checking the rest of the bed, we proceed to go to sleep and never saw any further signs of a bug problem. However, after we had been home for 2 day, both my husband and I and one of the kids have red welts all over our arms and ankles. We called Mt. Olympus to voice our complaints and we were refunded $180.00 and "assured" that the mat
ter would be taken care of. I have now spend an entire day striping our bedroom, doing loads of laundry, spraying with bedbug spray and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we did not bring any home with us.
