This infestation happened about 3 years ago at this hotel. We did not know at the time that all luggage should be put on the dressers, etc. Just don't put your luggage on any hotel floor.

It took us much time , cost and effort to rid our bed, and bedroom carpet of these nasty critters.

One thing I remember is that the rooms were especially dark in color, and that may or may not have added to The Sheraton not knowing they had a problem
