On August 12 2011 found a dead bed bug in 619. Looked elsewhere, no live bugs. Checked out immediately. No hassle from front desk re: refund.

We booked a room with this hotel for 1/15/11 through 1/17 for a volleyball tournament. we were placed in room 307. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom and the fridge didn't work. We asked to be moved to a different room. the moved us to 327. When my daughter was getting ready for bed and pulled down the sheets there were several "bugs" on the sheets. We brought a cup down to the desk and requested that we be moved to a different hotel for the same rate since there was no way I was sta
ying there for 3 days, and they complied. I would however, not recommend this hotel it did not feel clean, and was very tired looking.

I stayed @ this location from 6-28-2010 thru 7-2-2010. The first 2 nights I didn't sleep in the bed, but on top of the covers for only a couple of hours due to working. Although I did not notice anything until the day of the 1st, I chalked it up to a heat rash. Then upon showering on the 2nd of July, I noticed it was much more pronounced and it did NOT appear to be a heat rash but a large amount of bites. Upon arriving home and itching tremendously throughout the day, I took pictures of the
affected areas (the entire body) for records and proceeded to contact the hotel. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone stated that they would "pull room 228" and that I would be getting a call from someone the following morning. Once the next afternoon came and I had still not heard word from the hotel, I called them back. The gentleman that I spoke with proceeded to tell me that I must have been "allergic to something". He treated me as if I was trying to get something from him for free instead of letting him know of a dangerous occupant (the bed bug). I dismissed him upon learning that the person I needed to speak with would not be bak in until the Monday and that I would need to call back.
Do NOT stay @ this location!!!
