We take every report of bed bugs very seriously. If a guest reports that he or she may have found bed bugs, we take swift action. We immediately remove the room from service and call in a nationally recognized pest control expert to investigate the room and take all steps necessary to address the situation. My son checked in on 10-11-10, after staying there for 3 days, he text me a picture. GROSS, i'm so mad. I want him moved, he has to stay there til 10-16-10.

Checked in early AM today, 10-8-10....bedbugs! Covered in bites within 10 minutes of getting in the bed.
