Got covered in bed bug bites in room 311. Called front desk and they said a manager would call me back. So far that hasn't happened. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I didn't notice anything abnormal and checked my bed for tail tail signs. Two days before check out I began noticing bites on my hands and arms. I thought I was just overreacting. The next day my entire body was completely covered in bites. I have called the hotel. They did not offer a refund and were rather rude. I am extremely upset about the event

Went to Room 222, and left my luggage on the dresser (thank goodness I think) and checked the bed mattress for bed bugs. ...Left the room and came back 9 hours later and was sitting on the bed by the headboard and happened to notice BED BUGS crawling out of the head board crevices! Captured one in a cup and packed up and went down to give to management and LEAVE! They were very apologetic, reimbursed me and offered to disinfect my luggage and put my clothes in a hot dryer for 60 mins. They al

so reimbursed me the same amount at the hotel I moved to. I know it is probably in my head, but I still feel like I am itching from the experience. No bites found and hoping there are none in my hair although I don't think they typically stay in ones hair. They claimed to be disinfecting the room the next day, but I hope no one stays in it for a long while! They are so hard to get rid of from all my reading on the subject!!

Stayed one night (8/21/13) on a business trip. Did a perfunctory check of the beds and it seemed okay. But when I woke up I found a shed skin in the bed, which made me suspicious, and then a bedbug just marched out from under the sheets after I was out of the bed. I also found a juvenile in the bathtub (not sure how it got there). The people at the desk assured me these were not bedbugs. They did, however, refund my room and speedily hand me large, black plastic trash bags for all my things

. And they gave me $20 to do laundry. I laundered everything and tossed my suitcase. My suspicions were confirmed a few days later when my breakfast-lunch-dinner bites popped up (8/26/13). I am just grateful that I saw the bugs at the hotel and thus didn't bring them into my home.

Found bugs in my bed. Both fleas and bedbugs. Very dirty place. Do not stay here. Was not offered a refund but was put in another room.

Woke up at midnight with very itchy arms to discover several large, red welts. Tried to forget about it and slept for a few more hours until it was too much to handle so I moved to a chair. Somehow the bugs found me again and after less than an hour of sleeping I had 5+ bites on my ankles/legs

Checked into the Cavalier Inn hotel, on December 6, 2012 - stayed 3 nights. Very late on third night, December 8, I noticed a bug crawling across the bed. I grabbed a tissue, emptied out a small plastic bag I had in hy suitcase and put the bug in the bag. Had never seen a bed bug, was worried it might be one, so I did some quick research on my smartphone. Sure looked like one so I check the bed more closely. Found blood streaks and spots, and another bug crawling on a different part of the

bed. Now today, December 14, my daughter has very red, itchy, welt-like bites on her face, arms, and back. I still have the bugs in the baggie, photo of the sheets, video of the bed bug crawling on the bed and the room we were in, and photos of my daughter's bed bug bites. We were moved to another room. Management was never available to speak with me, and on checkout I was told the manager would call me. I have never heard from hotel management. Very low confidence that this hotel is doing anything about their bed bug problem. If you stay at this hotel, follow precautions and inspect your room and beds carefully before you sleep there.

MY EMPLOYEE WAS THERE WITH HIS WIFE WHILE IN TOWN ON BUSINESS. HIS WIFE WAS SLEEPING IN THE MORNING WHILE HE WAS AT WORK & CONTACTED HIM BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN BITTEN TWICE. WHEN PICKING UP HER SHEETS TO SEE WHAT BIT HER, SHE SAW TWO BED BUGS CRAWLING AROUND. SHE TOOK VIDEO. I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS BECAUSE THIS HOTEL HAD SO MANY GREAT REVIEWS ON HOTELS.COM. I JUST REVIEWED IT STATING THIS HOTEL HAD BED BUGS. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS SITE FIRST!

I checked in on 7/1/12 and woke up the next morning with itchy red bites. When I stripped the bed, I found lots of little blood dots indicating the presence of bed bugs (apparently, these occur when the bugs come out and you roll over on them in your sleep, eww!). According to the cabbie who took me to another hotel, this facility has had problems with bed bugs in the past. I will never stay here again.
