One of the people in my party visiting the US had bedbugs on the 7th floor. The next day we called the room he had been in and someone picked up the phone.

July 20, 2010 Room 528.

I was in the DC on business and my company got me my room at the Holiday Inn.

When I awoke early Wednesday morning I had a bed bug right at eye level, and others in the bed with me. I called the front desk and about an hour or so later the hotel general manager showed up. The did not have a night manager on duty to talk to me. The hotel took all my clothing and either dry cleaned or washed everything, including my suit case. The offered another room but I de
