To note the previous response on the above report. I am the Hotel Manager at The Gonzo Inn and I did take care of these guest. They moved immediatly to a diffrent room. We took proper procedure to follow up on the bug. The Pest control verified that it was not a bed bug the following morning. I explained to the husband at check out how sorry we were gave them a discount and explain to them that it was confirmed negative.

A half hour after checking into our room, I took off the bed spread and then "turned down" the sheets to prepare the bed for my childrens sleep. Underneath the top sheet, close to the edge near the pillow was a dead bed-bug. I was horrified that a bug was in the bed at all. To make entirely sure, my husband and I immediately looked up bed bugs on our lap top-computer and it was indeed a bedbug because the identification matched entirely.
