Stayed here last July and also had bed bug problems. When we complained to the manager he didn't even look up from his paper or speak a word, just slid 2 more room keys across the counter! We checked out the next morning despite having pre-paid for 5 nights. We were assured we would be refunded the money, but I still haven't seen a cent... nearly $700! Days Inn have been NO HELP AT ALL. They keep referring me to the manager who is rude and abusive and denies that there are bed bugs! NEVER STAY H

I stayed at Days Inn Moab Oct 1-4, 2010 (3 nights) in room 110. I didn't notice anything until the 5th, after I had returned home and had 4 bites on my back. Over the next few days I had over 30 bites, some of which turned into blisters that were very painful. I went to Dermatologist and had biopsy over concern I had something else going on. I stayed in two Day's Inns within the dates of June 8-13th, 2010. I received a significant amount of bed-bug bites at one or both locations. One was Day's Inn Moab, the other Day's Inn Torrey.

I also stayed at Days Inn (August 2009) and found bed bugs. We had a second floor room (can't remember the room number). After finding bed bugs we let the manager know. He asked us if we'd been 'camping in the mountains'. We had. He said we probably brought them with us and acted annoyed with us. Then we heard him on the phone telling a cleaning maid to 'spray the bug stuff' in our room. While walking out I noticed some bed bugs in a pile of linen on the floor.

We stayed here for two nights (Oct 4 and 5). We had two rooms over the course of the stay. We didn't notice a problem the first night - room was located on the first floor. The second night in room 227 we experienced the bites. The manager seemed knowledgable about the problem yet still rented us the room. Tripadvisor.com, which we read after the fact clearly indicates this property has had trouble with bed bugs for years.
