I paid for the week at this hotel. The first night I started to itch when I was in the bed sleeping but ignored it becuase I have sensative kind and thought that maybe the comforter was a bit rough but when i woke up in the morning I was covered in bites! I had over 30 bites covering my legs, arms and back. I went down to report it and they tried to tell me they were mosquito bites..I knew this was not true because I was in a closed room all night. They moved me to another room and I woke up to
a little black bug crawling on my neck. The bites were itching and I was in pain. I left in the middle of the night and returned the next day to complain and get a refund. The people in the office were shocked at the bites and swelling. They gave me a refund and I went to the doctor. The doctor told me that I had scabies and bed bug bites. I was horrified! I called them to tell them and they said they would write an incident report and call me back with the insurance number. No one will return my call or give me any information on who to speak with about them paying for my medical expenses. When I call they say they will have the manager call back. The area manager won't return my call and I have googled to try and find a corporate number for them but no luck. They all keep giving me the area manager's telephone number...I have left him over 20 messages and no call back. This place is infested with scabies bedbugs and roaches. I took pictures of all the roaches I saw in the room and the bug I found crawling on my neck. Do Not stay here. I(t cause me alot of money trting to get ris of bothmites and I still don't think they are gone yet. Almost 800 spent in 2 weeks and I can't even count how much money I lost having to discard belongings. This place needs to be closed down.
