Follow-up to reported bed bug incident: The manager who was out of the country e-mailed me and provided a full refund for our stay.

This review is for the Ramada Austin Central at 919 East Koenig Lane, Austin, TX 78751. I arrived at the hotel on Friday, May 13th with no bug bites on my body and left on Sunday, May 15th with over one hundred itchy welts all over my body. My husband and I examined the bed and confirmed the presence of bed bugs. When I complained to the front desk, the woman told me that the manager was out of the country and there was nothing she could do! No apology, no concern, nothing.
