I was the one who received bed bug bites at this hotel. I was given the run around when it happened and they many weeks later left a voicemail stating that there were no bed bugs found. I find it interesting that most guests that get bit by bed bugs at hotels don't get much help. I want people to know that cleanliness has nothing to do with getting them at a hotel or anywhere. Bed bugs don't care if a place is clean or dirty so don't be fooled by thinking cleanliness will keep them away. So, ins

I would like to dispute a report that was posted about my property on September 25th. The claim in question states that a guest woke up with bites after staying at our hotel on August 8th and was never contacted by management in regards to the situation. The guest called the hotel on the 10th of August to inform us of the bites. I sent her an email on the 11th to let her know that we had Ecolab, our pest control company investigate her claims. We found no traces of bed bugs in her room or an

y of the rooms in that area of the hotel. I also left her two voicemail messages shortly after her call. We are a new hotel and our cleanliness scores are ranked in the top 5% of all Courtyard hotels. We are currently ranked number 26 out of 800 hotels for overall cleanliness. We treat all guest concerns with the upmost respect and will investigate any outstanding concerns to the fullest. We believe that prevention is key. We continually train our staff on the detection and elimination of bed bugs to ensure that our hotel remains pest free.

I am truly sorry that this guest feels that our response was not to her satisfaction and I encourage her to contact me further to discuss any concerns. I would like to reassure all future guests that our hotel is bed bug free and that customer satisfaction is our priority.

I stayed there August 8th and woke up with bites on my hands, face, and leg. I let them know at the front desk about what happened and they said they would check into it. I never heard from anyone and so I called and got the run around and they told me someone would call me back if I left a message. It has been weeks since then and they didn't call. I think it is sad that a hotel does nothing!! I know I am not alone in this as many others have had no response when telling a hotel about the probl

em. So, be careful if you stay here and inspect as I didn't.
