Best Western Atrium North on 09/24/2008

I, my husband, and my teenage daughter stayed at the Best Western Atrium North in Austin early September '08 and woke up the next morning to find bed bugs still crawling on the bed covers and sheets. I put one in a cup and took it to the front desk and told her that I would like to check out. She asked if I would like another room and I said "no thank you, I didn't want to bring them home because they are hard to get rid of once you have an infestation". She was very nice and gave us a refund.
