We visited The Resort 12/26/13. Our first night there, my son woke up throwing up with a stomach virus (thank God). As I was cleaning him and the bed, I found live, adult bed bugs. They tried to get me in two more rooms after that, and on inspection, I found those rooms also had bed bugs. I thank God we found this out so I could take proper measures not to bring them in my home. Travelocity refunded my money.

We booked a 2 bedroom condo at The Resort for Labor Day week end, we drove 5 hours and checked in at 1am. I always check the beds before I take any luggage off the luggage carriers, we found bedbugs in the master bedroom and then checked the other bedroom and both beds had them. I immediately went down to the office and the night clerk notified management. Management agreed to refund our money. Was a shame, looked like a nice resort to stay and the night clerk was very helpful even though I was
a tad bit freaked out. May have been a rare problem. Was very scary trying to find a place to stay in a booked town Labor Day week end at 2 am to sleep 6...

We werestaying in town for my husband's grandmother's funeral. We had just laid down with our 2 children and just dozed off when my husband jumped up, turned the light on, and said, "We're leaving now." Bugs were all over the bed. We drove 2 hours home, at 12:30 AM, with 2 children. The front desk couldn't reach management, so as of now, we have no refund for our 2 night stay. And subsequently we will drive back 2 hours tomorrow and the next day for the funeral. We came home, threw our clo
thes in the washer and put our bags in the deep freeze until we can wash everything. I am totally disgusted. I am hoping the cold temps outside will kill anything that might be in my car, and am praying these things will not infest my home.
