Second night I saw three Bed Bugs in my bed. Took photos to show the manager. She told me if I deleted them she would refund me for a night of the room. They are clearly trying to cover up the fact that they have them as opposed to hiring an exterminator and fixing the problem.

My husband and I were supposed to stay from March 4th to the 8th, 2014. Thursday morning my husband's hand and arm were swollen. He is allergic to stings and bites and we thought he had been bitten when we were down by the river the previous evening. By Friday morning he and I had bites on our arms and back.
I pulled back the sheets and mattress cover to see bed bugs crawling around. I put a few into a baggie and took them to the front desk. I also took pictures.
They apologized said they wer
e not aware "that room" had bed bugs.
They would not offer us another room or any solution at all.
The desk clerk said "because the room was booked through Priceline you're going to have to call them for any compensation".
We discarded all of our luggage and rewashed all our clothes in hot water so we would not expose our home to these vermin.
