On august 16th, we stayed at the springhill suites and discovered bedbugs under both beds in our room. When we went to the room that our other group was in, they discovered bedbugs under both of their beds as well. The person at the front desk was totally indifferent when this was reported to him and tried to set us up in a different room in the same building. We got a refund and stayed at a much nicer hyatt about 12 miles outside of the city. STAY AWAY!!
