em with bedbugs. He said they had been exterminated recently, but that the exterminator told him they were free of bedbugs. He sent us to another room (now around 3:45am). The moment we walked into that room, we were covered with FLEAS! I called the police & they came out. I knew they couldn't really do anything about the situation, but I wanted to go on record as filing a complaint. I asked the officer to report the bedbugs to the health department on the following Monday. He assured me that he would do that...I have no way of knowing if it got done or not. The manager had to comp us a room at another nearby hotel.
