This hotel is undergoing renovations. The room I stayed in had mattresses that are at least 30 years old. I have large welts on my body now consistent with bed bug bites, however they may also be flea bites as the hotel allows pets.

On Sunday, 8 July 2012 I stayed in this BW with my mother-in-law and son. We were driving back home and only stayed here for the night. In the morning my mother-in-law and I both noticed small bites but thought they were from mosquitoes. After returning home the bites continued. My husband returned from a trip a few days later and began being bitten as well. We had the exterminators out and found that we do have bedbugs. We are pretty sure they are from this BW since the biting began at t

he time of our stay. Prior to the stay we were with family who have had no problems with bedbugs.

We contacted the BW and they assured us that it is just impossible for the bedbugs to have come from their hotel. Beware of this BW. It may be okay, but after staying there for one night, we have bedbugs in our house.

We were at the Best Western Music City Inn August 8-11, 2010. Having never encountered bed bugs before, we were unsure what the bites were, but they increased each night until we finally looked it up on the internet, and realized what was biting us.

Room 244, a two-bed non-smoking room was the problem room... management said they had not had a problem before that time. We rather doubted that, as the cleaning we saw did not include vacuuming (or wiping down surfaces, for that matter). We had

to cut our vacation in Nashville early, as the bites were unbearable.
