Stayed at Holiday Sands South Hotel 10-13-12.Checked in late that night got ready for bed. We had a room with a pull out couch and Queen bed. The pull out couch matteress looked very old but we fixed it an went to bed. I was awakin around 8am the next morning with my son yelling there is bugs in the bed!! There were bed bugs all in the bed of the pull out. It was terrible!! Called the front desk an they sent someone up to check the room. He told us we would have to leave the room. We had to pack

Several bedbugs found in bed at the Condos of the Holiday Sands South during stay in August 2011. Desk clerk told us it was the first time this year they had been reported ???

We had to pack up and move our entire party in the middle of the night. No bedbugs found in the new condo we were moved too. Took days for management to get back to us about the incident.

We just came bach from the Holiday Sands North on June 19th. We had to end our vacation earlybecause around 5 in the morning I woke up with a bed bug next to me. I killed it and made my husband take it down front and show it to the guy at the desk. He said he had never seen anything like it even though all these reports are listed on here. This hotel Holiday Sands South has been notified of bedbugs twice in the month of May. The first time I was assured they would exterminate and the second time I brought a bag with the bugs in them and no one at the front desk nor the owner was surprised or concerned. After giving them a second chance they chose to waste, I took my business elsewhere.

I am the General Manager of Holiday Sands South. I want to comment on the complaint of bed bugs at our resort. Please note that the guest said they stayed at HOLIDAY SANDS NORTH - not at Holiday Sands South. These are two separate businesses with 2 separate addresses. On 9/21/2010, We stayed at the Holiday Sands North. The next morning we got up my husband noticed these bugs on the bed beside of him.
THE BUGS TRULY WERE BEDBUGS !!! He went straight to the desk and the manager came upstairs to room 818 to see the bugs. I had picked up the
some of the bugs and put them in a coffee cup.
He wanted to see that they came from the bed
so I picked up the mattress cover & showed him.
THEY WERE EVERYWHERE AND I SLEPT IN THE D---
