We stayed 1 week at the Wyndham Seawatch (formerly Fairfield) Villa 3 room 1014 in September 2012. Our rooms were very clean and nice. A great place to stay. We checked our rooms carefully and saw NO evidence of bed bugs or any insects in our room. The mattress, box springs, closets, drapery, and furniture...all clean and very nice. No bed bug eggs, feces or spots.

ghts. The Wyndham staff came and did a check of the beds, but nothing else. They did not find any other signs of bed bugs. They said that the mattresses were just 1 year old. They looked new. The staff were reluctant to call the insect a bed bug. Probably policy. You know how careful hotels have to be because of legal issues. They killed the bug and took it with them. They said that they would have an exterminator check it out.
I found several bed bugs last year at another location and had google images, an exterminator and an entomologist identify it as a bed bug. There was no fooling me...it was a bed bug.
