Bed bug bites all over my arms, neck, and face from one night here. They called to apologize after I called and they said they fumigated room. They also refunded me my money. Thank goodness I always wash my clothes from trips. Although I couldn't sleep for a few weeks, a few months later and still no signs. I would definitely not stay here again but appreciate the way they handled it.

At the end of our stay, we found one bedbug which was positively identified by desk clerk, who gave us a full refund given. We didn't look further, but the hotel said they checked and didn't find any more.
