My daughter and I checked into this location on Sept 9th (Room 608) and departed on Sept 10th. My daughter and I both began itching on the 10th and 11th. By the 12th we were covered in red bumps and blotches. My daughter, who had reserved and pd for the room, contacted the hotel and explained our concerns. Especially since we both do not live together and were both having the same symptoms. In fact we called each other up at the same time to tell each other of our concerns. The hotel said t
hat they could not investigate our concerns because someone else was already staying in that room and they would have to wait until they checked out but they highly doubted it was bed bugs. A few days later someone else called her back and verified that it was indeed a case of bedbugs. They only offered to clean our luggage.
