May 9, 2012.arrived in the PM. Went to our room and pulled the mattress away from boxspring and saw a dead bedbug plus there were tiny blood stains on dust ruffle at head of bed.staff gave us new room and were very embarressed.however,I'll never stay here again. Joanna
