I checked into room 226 on 2/1/10, woke up the next morning with bites all over arms, legs, feet, face and neck. Notified hotel, they said they swapped out the mattress, but that didn't solve the problem. Today, 2/7/10 I awoke with more bites on neck and arms. I am allergic to all bug bites, asked to change rooms on 2/1/10 and was denied. Asked to change rooms again on 2/7/10 and was denied again. The hotel staff have no idea on how to treat this infestation. I have been staying at this hotel si
