Stayed here for two nights and was bitten like crazy by what I suspect are bed bugs - have tiny red bumps all over my arms and legs. Unfortunately, I didn't notice them until the second night. Told front desk and they were quite unsympathetic and unhelpful. Hotel is great, but I would not go again simply due to the infection risk.
