My friend and I stayed at the Ace Hotel in room #320 on the nights of July 27th and 28th, 2012. After I got home, I realized I had itchy bite marks in patterns of 2 or 3 on my arms, face, and neck, about 25 bites total. It took me a couple days to figure out what they were. I contacted the Ace on the morning of August 2nd and they responded right away that they were having the room inspected. That afternoon they emailed me back to confirm they found bed bugs. Stayed on the 7th floor. No bed bugs. No problems.

Woke up with around 11 bites on my right leg and one on my elbow after the first night. No signs or sightings of bed bugs, but I doubt I got them on the plane or train ride. No new bites after the second night.

Stayed at the Ace on 10/13/10 thru 1-/16/10. Woke up to find several very small scab-like debris in the bed sheets. Upon returning home both of us had multiple swollen bite marks on our legs.
