1/29/2012 Business group of 12 had 7 rooms and stayed two nights. Three rooms had beg bug feces in matress seams at the headboard. Showed the Night Manager the problem and were given new rooms, which checked clean. Room 315 was a suite.

Found a bed bug on bed at 6:30 am. Full size. They comped they room, but unfortunately now I have to go spray the luggage and wash all the clothes and worry if I carried anything home in my purse, etc.
