We were late checking in after being sent from the mason days inn because they overbooked their rooms. Got to the room at the sharonville location and brought bags in set on the tables and showered immediately because we had been at kings island all day. Came out payed on the comforter and was playing on my phone. Looked up and saw a bed bug crawling on the wall. I captured it in a cup. We pulled back the sheets on both beds and found another. Both live. Out the second one in a cup and got our s
tuff and got outta there. Stopped at front desk to check out and I showed them the two bugs that I captured and they didn't seem to care. They said the room was cleaned yesterday and there weren't any!! Seriously. I am allergic to bedbugs (the chemical they use to numb you) and break out to the point of going to ER. He tried to incinuate that we brought them. I shit that down as we had only been there one hour and hasn't even opened our bags. She'd dirty clothes and showered and put on tahirt and pants closed bag directly back up and placed bags on a table and the standard hotel racks behind the doors.
They offered another room for us when I asked for a refund for only being there one hour. I also took pictures of the bedbugs in the cups and they were alive and well. Even upon showing him the live bugs he and the lady denied they were there and insisted someone else brought the bugs before us (after previously accusing us of bringing them!!). Sorry chief if I had bedbugs to begin with I'd be in the hospital.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS DAYS IN. OWNERS DO NOT CARE THEY HAVE BEDBUGS THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL IM SURE. THESE BUGS WERE NOT FULL GROWN WHICH MEANS THERE IS A FULLY MATURE NEST. THEY WERE JUVENILES AND HAD RECENTLY FED YOU COULD SEE THE BLOODMEAL INSIDE THEIR BODY. FOUND EVIDENCE WHEN SHEETS WERE PULLED BACK AS WELL. WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE LEAVING ALL OUR THINGS IN THE CAR THROUGH THE END IF THE DAY IN THE TRUNK AND HOT HEAT WHICH WILL KILL THEM ALL IF ANYTHING HITCHED A RIDE. WE WERE LUCKY IN THAT OUT BAGS HADNT BEEN OPENED OR LEFT ON A BED OR FLOOR AND WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR ONE HOUR BEFORE I SAW ONE. PEOPLE PLEASE REPORT THESE THINGS. IT'S NOT FAIR TO OTHERS THAT STAY TO TAKE THESE NEARLY UNSTOPPABLE CRITTERS HOME TO INFEST. THE OWNERS COULS CARE LESS AND ARE REQUIRED BY LAW IF ASKED TO DICLOSE ANY BEDBUG REPORTED TO THEM AND A HAVE TO WHEN ASKED PRODUCE THE LATEST RECORDS OF BEDBUG TREATMENTS PERFORMED AT THE HOTEL IN ANY ROOM. THIS HOTEL DOESN'T CARE!!!! They are the reason there is a epidemic, ppl like this that deny and ignore. It doesn't matter how clean someone is once you have them you have them. The bugs don't care if you clean, dirty, rich or poor.

I woke up at 6am on 3-23-13 in the Sharonville Days Inn. This was the morning of the first and only night I was there. While organizing the room I noticed aproximately 5 fully grown bed bugs crawling on the bed and pillows. This was a 2 double bed room. I woke up my friend in the other bed to find another 3 mature bed bugs crawling on his bed. When we told the front desk, they did not act concerned and told us they could give us another room or they could do a quick "treatment." We left the hote
l immediately without a refund or apology from any employee.
