We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge on July 22, 2012 in room 375. We found three bed bugs in the room at 2:30 am. We called the night manager. She was very helpful and accommodating. They offered to move us to a different room. My husband and I preferred to take our children home. We live less than an hour away. The hotel told us they would refund our money. They helped us pack up our belongings and told us how to clean everything to ensure we did not take the bed bugs into our
home. I was very pleased with how the situation was handled. Great Wolf Lodge management was very kind, understanding, and tries to make things right with us in a very difficult situation. I am still waiting for my refund, but I have every confidence in the staff that they will remedy this situation.

Stayed in a loft fireplace suite on March break 2011 found the room to be very much worn out(carpets soiled, furniture stained and crusted on the arms but found only lots of dust and dirty corners but no bedbugs in linens or furniture but still would not go back due to lack of upkeep vs.price of room

After investigating the situation, it was determined that the ‘bug’ that was found was really a piece of chocolate.

on 8/13, my parents and sons attempted to stay here. My parents found bedbugs in room 480. The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating, and refunded their money for the stay. My family left without staying on site.
