I checked into this location and the room was clean in appearance a little tired looking but never the less the person that checked me in was nice and that can out weigh the appearance of a hotel in my case. When I got up in the morning and checked out while in my car I had noticed 3 bumps on my arm as the day went on the got larger and were bother some. So bad I stopped to get something to make them stop drug store and the clerk at the pharmacy told me they were bed bug bites. This is the only
location that I happed to stop on that trip and had to of gotten them there. I will not go back even though the staff was nice.

Stayed there for one night and came home with over ten bed bug bites. This is disgusting. This place should be shut down. They are infested with bed bugs from what I have also read on many other websites. TONS of people have reported seeing them and being bit . GROSSS

at our property. We have 216 rooms at our hotel and this is the first time we have had any incidence of a bed bug report. We are taking this report of bed bugs very seriously. If a guest reports that he or she may have found bed bugs, we immediately remove the room from service and call in a nationally recognized pest
control expert to investigate the room and take all steps necessary
to address the situation. Our staff completely inspects each and every room when it is being clean and because of our diligence and awareness of this national epidemic we have had no other incidents. Most of our guests are only here for one night and travel from hotel to hotel on a nightly basis, which is how bed bugs are spread. We employ the most advanced methods of disinfecting and cleaning that are available today.
The safety of our guests and the cleanliness of our facilities are top priorities. The trained and knowledgeable housekeeping staff at Days Inn & Suites in Richfield are one of the best lines of defense along with
our regular inspections. We pride ourselves on keeping our teams equipped with the knowledge, training, and tools needed to identify and address any issues, and we regularly review our housekeeping standards and
procedures to ensure that each of our guests enjoys a safe, clean and comfortable environment in our hotels.

Found many bedbugs in room 213 on 8-31-2010.
Also found wasp nest in room 261.
This hotel is also used for dog show and dogs are allowed in rooms.
