The incident the guest from october is referring to has indeed been taken care of to the fullest extent. Ecolab was called in immediately and inspected the room, along with all rooms next to and below this room. It was indeed confirmed that it was a bedbug so all rooms in the area were treated per Ecolab standards. Only one additional bed bug was found, and it was already dead before the room was even treated which told Ecolab that the bugs had not been there long and they had been brought in

I stayed here for two nights in October 2010. I checked the bed, when I first checked in, for the telltale signs of bedbugs and found none. When I got up the second morning, I was ironing my clothes when I noticed a bug scurrying across the bed. I caught it in a plastic cup and saw that it was definitely a bed bug. I showed it to the people at the front desk and checked out.
