Stayed in room 411 on November 30, 2013. In the morning, after opening the drapes to let more light into the room, we noticed several bedbugs crawling on the bed covers on both beds. We were actually able to trap one in a lidded coffee cup. We called the front desk to report the problem, and they sent up a maintenance worker who saw the bugs, and admitted that there was an infestation. The maintenance worker provided plastic bags for our belongings, and offered to clean our clothes in the ho

tel laundry. At that point, we just wanted to leave the room as soon as possible, so did not take him up on the offer. When we turned in the keys at the front desk, we were informed that there would be no room charge. As there were other guests checking out at the same, I felt that they wanted us to leave as quickly and quietly as possible. We have no evidence yet that we were actually bitten by the bugs. I've stayed at this property at least once a year for maybe 6 or 8 years, but will not be back.

Stayed here in Room 409 on May 8 with my fiance, cousin, and daughter. After staying we noticed what appeared to be bites. We all had numerous bites popping up within 24 hours of our stay. The hotel refunded the money for the room but refused to do anything else. They immediately reffered me to there insurance company (Liberty Mutual). I spoke with the Hotel manager and he confirmed on 5/14 that they found Bed Bugs in our room. I spoke with the manager again today and he said the room or hotel h

ave yet to be treated and the room has just been blocked off. This means anyone who has stayed there within the last several weeks has been subject to Bed Bugs. My daughter was covered from head to toe and is now scared to death to sleep in any bed because she is petrified there may be bugs in it. She is only seven years old and had to deal with 30+ bites. I have never been so appaulled in my life. And the hotel has not even been treated yet, that is absurd. Not to mention that we are still having bites pop up which accoding to the doctor means we probably brought some home with us. So....I have to my house treated, we have all been to the doctor, carpets steam cleaned, throw out furniture, wash everything etc.... Yet I have recieved no compensation for any of this.

I stayed in Room 119 from June 11 - 14, 2010. I noticed 2 dead and 1 live bugs in my bed when I woke up the second morning. I got rid of the bugs by flushing them, didn't realize what they were. I just assumed that they got in from outside. The next morning there was a small bloodstain on the fitted sheet up near the pillow, and another on the pillowcase. I started investigating then, and found 2 more bugs (1 dead, 1 live). Then I pulled back the mattress cover and slid the mattress a couple inc

hes out from the wall and saw the rest of them. I immediately packed all my clothes and removed all my belongings from the room, went to the front desk, and asked for the manager. He was very apologetic and seemed to take my concerns very seriously. He promised to have his maintenance staff investigate immediately, and comped part of my stay. I took numerous steps to ensure that I didn't take the bugs home with me, and so far have had no indication of bed bugs in my home. I know that I was bitten (hence the bloodstains) but haven't had any reactions or visible bites up to this point.
