just now saw a bed bug. this location has 2 names under thiswebsite and 1 had NO complaints! (knights inn downtown west) anyway i complained on that one 2 just saw a bed bug. crawling on my books this morning.

6/19/12 Bedbugs they did refund my money but I threw my bags, clothes, shoes, computer case shoes all away!

I recently stayed at this hotel discovered they have bed bugs.
I checked into this hotel on 11/16/11 late in the evening. My room # was 215
As I went to lay in bed I noticed bugs crawling on my son who was also resting the bed across from me.
I began to pick them off of his shirt.
I then decided to pull back the sheets and noticed more bugs crawling on the mattress.
I killed 5+ bugs on a white napkin and took them to the front desk manager to complain and they shrugged it off as no big deal
They would give me a refund nor were they accommodating.

My husband, sister and I arrived late at this motel and intended to depart very early to catch an early morning flight. The room was very dated and not very clean, but we were only going to sleep there for about six hours so we made do. During the night, I felt creepy crawlers on me and feared bugs of some kind. Come morning, we discovered evidence of bedbugs (blood on sheets, dead bugs on bed), although I didn't know at the time that they were bedbugs. I complained to the desk clerk, who ju
st shrugged his shoulders. About 10 days later, I erupted in painful, itchy rashes all over my body. A quick trip to the Urgent Care determined it was bedbugs.
I complained to the motel chain and Travelocity demanding a refund and was promptly ignored by both until I got Travel Troubleshooter Chris Elliot to plead my case. Travelocity reimbursed my night of stay and the motel chain paid the copay for my Urgent Care visit. Sleep at your own risk -- I highly doubt they have done anything to ensure that their rooms are bedbug-free.
