We stayed here on June 12th,2012. I awoke at 4:30 in the morning and found a dead bedbug in the bed with me. I saved it in a plastic bag for the management. He said yes, many people complain but do not save the bug... Very good of me. ??? Offered a night off.. This hardly takes care of the anxiety we had and the hassle of switching hotels. What a shame for an otherwise very nice hotel.

On behalf of Embassy Suites, please allow me to reach out to you regarding your stay at our property. We take every report of bed bugs very seriously. Once we learned of your concerns, we immediately removed the suite from service and contacted a nationally recognized pest control expert to conduct a thorough examination of your guest suite. That examination failed to find any trace of bed bugs. The safety of our guests and the cleanliness

of our facilities are top priorities. The trained and knowledgeable housekeeping staff at the Embassy Suites is one of the best lines of defense along with our regular inspections. We pride ourselves on keeping our team equipped with knowledge, training, and tools needed to identify and address any issues, and we regularly review our housekeeping standards and procedures to insure that each Embassy Suites guest enjoys a safe, clean and comfortable environment while staying at our hotel. We always attempt to take care of the guest issues regardless of the circumstances and that is the reason that we offered to pay all medical expenses plus refund the accommodation fee just to prove our hospitality gesture.

In regard to the report on 2/25/2011, as part of our normal preventative maintenance program we do take a number of suites out of inventory on rotation and have them inspected by a professional exterminating service on a regular basis, to insure they are pest free

My family reunion was in Cincinnati, Ohio the week of July 21, 2011 thru July 24, 2011. A family member found bed bugs in her room and reported to the front desk clerk who did not report it to her supervisor. After she called and reported it to Jason about the clerk, he said because she did not report it that day she could loose her job! I was bitten by the bugs and when I found out what it was and reported to Jason he in terms offer me $108.00 and ask me will that make it right. This report wa

s sent to the ins. person four days late. I went to my doctor once I found out what it was and he sent a letter to the insurance company and the insurance clerk is trying to say maybe I was bitten by something, but she do not think that it is bed bug and offer me 308.00. The Manager (Tony) put in his staement to the BBB that "It seems that this lady is trying to collect some addition money that the insurance company is no willing to pay" My skin has dark spot that was no there after it heal. A report from the Pest Company needs to be file on line, because from what I can see Embassy Suite in Blue Ash do not tell the truth!!!!!!!!

I stayed here in August 2009 for a month. They had to close over 20 rooms to exterminate bedbugs while I was there. There was also a cockroach in my bathroom. So disgusting.

yes, we had friends who told us about bed bugs at this location...they cleaned and high heat dried the belongings and sprayed but i understand this is not sufficient.. this occured the first of december 2010...i am reporting this second hand but feel it is highly important to keep up on this issue
