Unhappy customer on 01/22/2015
Woke up today after sleeping in Room 319 with numerous bed bug bites on my leg. There were blood marks on the sheet from where I was laying. The hotel manager claimed there had not been any bed bug problems in the hotel for several years. He further claimed that all of the prior reports involved the first floor. Reading the reports above that is an obvious lie. He refused to reimburse us for our entire stay (two nights). He claimed he would reimburse us for one night but would recharge our card
for that night if their usual exterminator, Orkin, found the room to be ok. Just got an email from hotel with a report from Orkin that the room has no bed bugs. We have incurred a lot of difficulty as a result of this situation and the most alarming thing is the hotel's refusal to take responsibility.

After being moved from room 323 at 2 am, room 209 initially looked ok but as of 3:07 am I have now spotted one bug. Will be leaving the hotel for my second night in town tomorrow.

Stayed in the Hampton Inn Blue Ash, OH on 12/26/13 for a girls getaway shopping trip that was cut short because we were awaken by being bit by Bed bugs in Room 325, called the front desk and the night auditor confirmed it was a bed bug that I had found and put in a cup. The hotel talked us into moving to room 321 and after a couple hours we found more bed bugs, checked out and the Mngr, GAbe gave us the room at no charge. The hotel denied having any other incidents of bed bugs. Within 24 hours
, My face swelled so much, I had to go to the ER, because one of my eyes was swollen shut. Do not be deceived by clean linens or the hotel name, the bed bugs are in this hotel. I took photo's of the bugs in the bed and photo's of my face and have the Emergency room report.

Checked in 2/8/11. My general inspection found (1) dead bedbug under the bathroom counter. To me this indicated they have an issue but have taken action to resolve it. The manager pulled apart the bed but without checking the underside of the box spring, backside of the headboard, paintings, etc there's no way to really tell. The manager offered another room but I decided to change hotels.

On Aug 30 I checked in for 2 days, I was bitten during the night, I trew away my cloths and suitecase,etc.
I brought some bugs to the manager, he gave me crdit for the room and sent me a gift certificate for my suitecase as well as offered to have my cloths cleaned,
