With reference to your comments about your stay at Embassy Suites, Blue Ash , I would like to take the opportunity and reach out to you. Please know that we take every complaint very seriously and that the Hotel will continue to take reasonable measures for the prevention, detection and eradication of bedbugs in the guest rooms. We go to great lengths to train our staff to detect, and we have the industries best 3rd party pest company working with us to adhere to Hilton stan
We have inspected and treated the room and will not release it back into our inventory until our pest control company tells us to. I am glad we handled the situation in a professional manner. We will continue to fight and do everything we can to prevent all pests from our building.

Stayed in room 303the night of December 19, 2014. After waking and showering, noticed a bed bug on the sheets as I was getting dressed. Called the front desk and alerted the manager. Manager asked if we had been bitten. Neither my wife or I noticed any bites. Manager offered to place our clothes in the dryer, however we declined as we would do it at home. Room charge was cleared. When asked about other incidents at this location, was told there have not been any. Overall, the manager was polite
and as helpful as possible. But that is to be expected for a Hilton Diamond customer.

Date of stay 10/3/11. Pulled covers back to go to bed and saw bedbugs on the sheets and under pillow. Called front desk and they switched me to another room.
