Stayed in the room 416, went to bed and felt something crawling on my leg, but could not believe my senses, since I travel a lot and it was my first encounter. Sure enough, I saw several slightly itchy red dots in morning, but I still did not realize what it was (never had been beaten by bed bugs. Now I know to check this site before I book the hotel.

I stayed here few weeks ago...Room 421 Got up in am took shower, came out to find bed bug crawling across my sheets. Put him in a glass and took him down to the counter...Manager comped my room and apologized...that was it. Luckily I never saw any bites on my body. I arrived home that afternoon to be greeted by pest control who fumigated my car w/ all my trade show equip and luggage. Duffle bag went into the garbage. My wife then had me endured the Hazmat unit in our garage before being allowed
into the house...Stay somewhere else!

Room 410 has bed bugs. I checked in tonight and before getting on the elevator another guest approached me telling me her room had bed bugs and she was going to find another hotel or sleep in the lobby. The hotels in Syracuse are sold out tonight. I was given the last room and apparently so were others.
I put my luggage on the desk and began to look at the bed covers. Sure enough two black dots started moving about. The room smelled like it was sprayed and the AC was on to cool the room.
The manager was accomodating and went to the room and then asked that I point out where they were. They we no longer on the bed. I told him regardless I would not stay in the room. I am not at the Holday Inn Liverpool. I am now learning more about bed bugs than I care to know about.
I am paranoid now that my clothing I am wearing is tranporting them. What is the best way to wash the clothing to kill them?
