I stayed here last night (12/18/15) and as soon as I arrive din the room it looked decent, I went about settling in while my husband layed down and put the tv on. As soon as he layed down I told him he should check the bed, as soon as he got up and I walked over to look a big fat live bed bug right on the pillow! Disgusted, we called the front desk and they switched our room (where we didn't see anything else) but will never be staying there again. We were careful with our things and washed EVER
YTHING as soon as we came home....the hotel claimed they would have someone to take care of the problem on monday but who knows. They don't have plastic on the mattress, box spring, or anything...which they really should because that is where bed bugs thrive!

I spent one night at Candlewood Suites near the Syracuse Airport. It was a pretty nice room (with a fridge and stove top). I woke up the next morning and was happy to not see any signs of bites.
Two days later, the bites appeared (which is normal for bed bugs - sometimes it takes a few days for the bite marks to show).
I was so lucky that i was careful about my suitcase, and i didn't bring them to my family's house. The rest of my vacation, i had to watch the bite marks slowly disappear
from my legs and arms.
Nice hotel, but would never stay again because of the Bed Bugs. :-( Sad.
