I had the unfortunate time to have to stay at Cadillac Hotel in the month of December. I only stayed a week and in that time my son and husband and I started getting these little bites all over us. It wasn't as bad at the time but still bothersom. We didn't even know wheat bed bugs were! Needless to say the bites didn't stop and we started finding some wierd shell-like debris on the bed sheets and mattressess of our new home. We washed everything in bleach repeatedly and even had a shampooer com
e in. We are still getting bites and now it's been confirmed by a physician that we do indeed have them. Because of this week where we got them I have had to have everything steamed cleaned, by plastic bags for everything cloth, bedbug spray costing $6.97 a can at the cheapest and mattress pad covers starting at 30.00 for a twin all the way up to a queen size for $89.00 All together my husband and I on cleanings, airings, spray, new bedding and pillows have spent about %350.00 dollars. And considering that I paid $250.00 for the week it's been awful. I was surprised to find out the this is where DSS sends alot of needy families housing vouchers to stay and they should pick a different place because that one is an absolute dump.
