I stayed at The Quality Inn In Niagara falls N.Y.
We checked in on May 11th and checked out on May
12th 2013. A few days after my return home, I
started getting bites all over my arms and legs.
The bedbugs came home in my suitcase. This was a horrendous and costly experience. The manager
was rude and unco-operative on the phone. He
actually denied the bed bugs and hung up on me.
When I contacted the public health dept. he said
that they get regular calls from that hotel. It's
time that the manager does something about it.
Stay away from this filthy hotel!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on the weekend of Jan. 27-28,2012.On the last morning of our stay,we found a bedbug crawling on the bed pillow.We contacted the manager who didn't bother to come up.Just took our word for it which led us to believe this has been a problem before. We checked Tripadvisor and sure enough there had been bedbug complaints in the past.
We checked the bed again (we had checked the bed when we arrived but did not see any bugs) and saw more bugs under the bed skirt.
Beware this hotel as there are bedbugs present!!
