Booked a room at the Super 8 motel at this address for Friday, June 29th, 2012. Arrived around 9pm, and once in the room, we immediately checked around the bed to ensure there were no bed bugs (as I do at all places I've stayed just to be sure).
The first pillow that I went to move had a bed bug on the opposite side of it, against the headboard of the bed. I was 99% sure that it was a bed bug due to it's small, oval shape, with a tint of orange color.

illow, then called the front desk person to come to the room to see for himself. He was very understanding and nice, and said they had never encountered this at their hotel before.
We asked for a full refund. We went to the front desk, where the clerk spoke with his manager to approve the full refund. They gave us a refund without any sort of argument and apologized for the situation.
