Just checked out at 2am this morning due to finding a live bed bug in our bed. The bedding is white but the comforters, rugs, side tables and head boards are all brown so I guess it was impossible to spot until it made it onto the white sheets.

Called the front desk manager about this and her response was "Welcome to New York" Will never stay at this hotel again!
