I have stayed at The Setai multiple times this past year with NO problem. The rooms are spic and span clean and the management and customer service OUTSTANDING. HIGHLY recommend this hotel- and it's close to Macy's too, with a Starbucks one block away :)

May 8th we stayed at the hotel woke up bitten by bed bugs, hotel denied having bed bugs,we ignored it, our home was infested from the bugs we brought home from the Setai. Professionals treated our home at very high cost, we had to discard our beds, and dry clean all our clothes, they confirmed our suspicion from the size of the bugs that they had been brought from the visit to the Setai 5th. av. In addition we spread the bugs to relatives that we visit and they had to treat their home, all of it

could of been avoided if the Setai Hotel would of been honest with u.WE have asked the hotel to reimburse for the outlay and they said they are not doing anything about it and dont care what we do
