Stayed from July 5th-7th 2012. Room was very clean, no bugs that I could find, no bites for any of us, and one of us even slept on the hide a bed couch. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

i have stayed at this hotel several times in 2010 AND 2011 never a problem with any bugs managment is great one of the best in NYC

1/13/2011. Bitten twice. I found a mature bedbug on the headboard during my second inspection (wish I had been more thorough on the first go-round the night before).
