Horrible sanitary conditions which contribute to a horrible stench and bed bugs.

Found a huge bed bug, crawling on carpeted cubicle divider/wall at Sunshine Suites, 2nd Floor, 419 Lafayette Street (by Astor Place), New York City. This is a rental office space with many different small companies renting cubicles in a shared area. They have some dogs running around the space, unsure if they are contributing/bringing-in the bed bugs...
