Stayed on 11/4/10. No bed bugs and when asked the front desk if any reports they were honest and said "every hotel has them" but then she explained if we saw anything the room would be changed, immediately shut down and exterminated was called. Also the bell hop is very careful not to put any luggage on the bed or floor. Everything was placed on luggage racks. Great hotel!
