I don't know much about bed bugs but I stayed at the Royalton April 1st-3rd, 2011 and found some unusual bite-like bumps in a few clusters on my body. I can't say for certain that this is the cause but it's never happened to me before and the pictures on the internet of bed bug bites looked like my own.
