I never had any problems at Park Savoy. I loved this hotel! I was there during the summer and I will be back again during the winter.

Extremely bad experience. We had two rooms. When I noticed bed bugs in these rooms. They offered another room (until then they pretended to be overbooked, and hence, over priced !!). I checked two other rooms only to notice bed bugs on the wall, dead and alive.

They acted as if this is new to them. BS !!

Well I had not a bed bug but a mouse in my room (712)!!!
Rooms are too expensive for the service, space, cleanness. Only good thing is the location!

Okay little place for the money, but I had a bad experience with bed bugs. I had five bites on my arm, and even caught one little guy in the act...gross. Beware room 407.
